The East India Company | Valentines Packaging

 

Packaging design concept and artwork for a new range of Valentines gifts.

I researched into the company archives at the British Library and discovered a letter from an East India Company worker - he wrote a love letter to his wife whilst at sea. He detailed gifts of tea and chocolate that he would bring back with him upon his return. This formed the story of the range - as if each piece is a letter of love and a gift from overseas, messages of love from near and far.
